In the creation of plans of subdivision, the following must be provided:

Roads, drainage reserves and/or easements as appropriate containing:

development services scheme works
-
our assets
-
overland flow paths
-
waterways, wetlands and flood plains.

Any drainage works necessary to:

provide a drainage outfall
-
protect the development from flooding
-
ensure that the health, quality and quantity of stormwater generated will sustain environmental values and beneficial uses consistent with State Environment Protection Policy.
