Certification of completion 3.15

A Certificate of Completion will be issued by us when all the requirements of the agreement have been satisfied.

The requirements (if applicable), include:

  1. we've issued the Certificate of Practical Completion
  2. all contributions have been paid
  3. all other money to be paid has been paid to us
  4. downstream works have been certified complete or the Owner has made alternative arrangements which are acceptable to us
  5. we've received a copy of the amended plan of subdivision, certified by the council and indicating the easements and/or reserves required to cover all Works
  6. any other information, notices or documents required by us have been provided
  7. the defects liability period has ended to the satisfaction of us
  8. a maintenance agreement is in place (if required)
