Dr Nerina Di Lorenzo

Dr Nerina Di Lorenzo
Managing Director

Dr Nerina Di Lorenzo was appointed Managing Director on 1 December 2021, after having spent two years as Melbourne Water’s Executive General Manager of Service Delivery. She has had over 21 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including almost five years as CEO of Moreland City Council. Her roles have spanned the areas of Asset Management, Infrastructure Operations, Project Delivery and Business Improvement. Prior to this, she held roles in the oil industry working on the oil rigs in Bass Strait. Nerina has a Bachelor of Engineering, a Bachelor of Business and a PhD centering on the topic of organisational change management.

Kirsten Shelly

Kirsten Shelly
Executive General Manager, Service Futures

Dr Kirsten Shelly is responsible for the Service Futures portfolio, which holds the medium- to long-term planning horizon and how our business adapts to coming challenges. Service Futures encompasses enterprise strategy, evaluation, monitoring and reporting functions, as well as modelling and research. In addition, the portfolio manages the end-to-end delivery of urban planning functions, strategic goals and our approach to critical adaptation issues.

Craig Dixon

Executive General Manager, Service and Asset Lifecycle

Craig Dixon is responsible for the Services and Asset Lifecycle portfolio, including the medium-term planning horizon (1-5 years) and translating our strategies into programs and capital development plans. The portfolio holds both growth and renewals planning, and develops and delivers capital built and natural infrastructure programs and manages assets.

Sue Jackman

Sue Jackman
Executive General Manager, Service Delivery

Sue Jackman is responsible for the Service Delivery portfolio, which holds the short-term planning horizon to support reliable provision of day-to-day services. This includes delivering our core operational services in water supply, sewerage, waterways, flooding, drainage and land management that are essential to our customers and community, as well as all maintenance, planning, scheduling and execution to support them.

Heidi Ryan

Heidi Ryan
Acting Executive General Manager, Customer, Community and External Affairs

Heidi Ryan is responsible for the Customer, Community and External Affairs portfolio, which holds all public-facing activity including our whole-of-business communications, marketing and media functions. The portfolio also holds customer insights and experience as well as frontline customer service activities, public engagement, Traditional Owner relationships and internal communications.

 

Paula Jeffs

Executive General Manager, People and Transformation

Paula Jeffs is responsible for the People and Transformation portfolio.  This portfolio works to provide the right workplace environment to support our people to do their best work. It includes Capability, People Experiences, Business Transformation, Organisational Effectiveness, Health and Safety, Environment and Quality, and People Services.

Fiona Schutt

Fiona Schutt
Executive General Manager, Corporate Services

Fiona Schutt is responsible for the Corporate Services portfolio, which manages key enablement systems and functions including finance, procurement, audit, risk and legal, and information technology services.
