About the Data Hub
The Melbourne Water Data Sharing Hub is Melbourne Water’s central platform for access to Melbourne Water's spatial (GIS) data via ArcGIS Online (AGOL). The Hub supports secure access to spatial data for approved external users (such as Councils, Water Retailers and Melbourne Water Engineering Services and Specialist Services Panels), enabling collaboration, consistency, and efficiency in how Melbourne Water shares GIS data with partner organisations.
The Melbourne Water Data Sharing Hub hosts a wide range of Melbourne Water spatial datasets, including assets layers across drainage, sewerage, water supply, recycled water, land and assets, flood mapping, and related catchments and boundaries. Data can be explored interactively on maps, filtered spatially (e.g. by drawing points, lines, polygons, or buffers), and downloaded in commonly used formats.
