Online payments and tenders

Online payments

Use our online portal to pay any Melbourne Water invoices or offer documents with a maximum value of $10,000, including:

  • area contributions
  • waterway diversion licence permits
  • online application fees
  • rental of Melbourne Water properties
  • Clearwater events

Do not split payments. For amounts greater than $10,000, call our Customer Service Centre on 131 722 to arrange a direct deposit.

We do not accept payments for water bills. Instead, contact your retail water company.

You will need your invoice or offer number and credit card details. Your personal information will be handled according to our privacy policy.

Tenders

Our tenders are advertised on the Victorian Government Tenders website, Tenders VIC, and occasionally the Wednesday Herald Sun or other publications.

Lodging bids

All responses must be submitted electronically to the Tenders VIC website by the closing date and time. You should note any special requirements stated in the tender’s annexure to conditions, and allow enough time to submit your response according to the website’s instructions.
