We will disassemble, relocate and reassemble Hangar 1 closer to Hangar 2 near the B-24 Liberator Museum and demolish the workshop at the Werribee Satellite Aerodrome site.
We are reimagining almost 2 kilometres of Eumemmerring Creek into a natural waterway from Doveton Avenue, Doveton through to Lace Street, Eumemmerring.
We're upgrading the Hawthorn East Retarding Basin, located next to Rathmines Reserve, to ensure a safe drainage system and prevent surrounding homes from flooding.
We’re working with the local community and project partners to transform a section of Moonee Ponds Creek in Oak Park and Strathmore.
We are improving the native vegetation of 47 hectares (3 kms) along Devilbend Creek, adjacent to the Devilbend Reservoir. Over four years we are removing weeds and planting new native plants. These works will protect the waterway from erosion and improve habitat for native plants and animals such as the Dwarf Galaxias, Southern Toadlet and Eastern Long-necked Turtle.
We’ve transformed 1.65 kilometres of underground concrete drain into a natural waterway, and turned Lewis Park into a more enjoyable community space.
