As a result of the recent high rainfalls and subsequent flooding Melbourne Water is working with emergency services and other relevant agencies to review the impacts to our waterways and assets. Melbourne Water is primarily responsible for the health and safety of Melbourne’s water supply and sewerage systems, some parts of the city’s drainage infrastructure and waterway health. We are attending to the highest priority health and safety issues first. Should you have enquiries of a lesser nature, please be patient as we work through the requests.
