The personal information we request – including name, phone number, email address and organisation name – is for the purpose of contacting you to discuss your food waste treatment needs, respond to your enquiry, or inform you of future treatment opportunities. If you choose not to provide this information, we may not be able to respond.
We will delete personal information where it is no longer required, except where archiving is required and in compliance with the Public Records Act 1973 (Vic).
You are entitled to access and correct your personal information, by emailing [email protected]. In some cases, requests for personal information may be handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic).
