Werribee River Association (WRivA) has been investing in western waterways since 1981. The worth of their investment has been returned to the community many times. Their work has been supported by other local groups, some businesses, municipalities and government.

In this seminar, Werribee Riverkeeper John Forrester outlines:

About the presenter

WRivA hosts the Werribee Riverkeeper through its affiliation with the international organisation, Waterkeeper Alliance. WRivA is based in the City of Wyndham but is engaged in the whole of the Werribee River catchment and beyond.

WRivA also works on litter, plastic and waste through advocacy, research and practical action with Beach Patrol 3030, Love Our Street 3030, Love Our Street 3029 and acts as the ‘Friends of Werribee River Park’, and ‘Friends of Cobbledick's Ford’.
