COVID-19: impact on tours

Like many businesses, we are doing our part to assist in limiting the spread of the COVID-19. This involves changing the way we are working, including enabling staff to work from home and implementing social distancing practices.

Due to social distancing practices we are currently unable to provide our regular tours to Western Treatment Plant and Eastern Treatment Plant, or sessions at the Edithvale Seaford Wetlands Education Centre. We are investigating which of our resources can be delivered online, with a focus on maintaining a high-quality experience for customers. We will keep you closely informed regarding rescheduled dates and/or online learning options, and our website will continue to provide news, tools and information to help you implement best-practice education on understanding the urban water cycle.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Our core services of water, sewerage, waterways and drainage management will continue to be delivered without interruption. Read on for more information.
