Victoria rejects call for new dams

With Australia staring down the barrel of serious water shortages over summer, the Federal Government is putting pressure on the states to build more dams.
But in Victoria, that request has been met with a firm "no".
Premier Daniel Andrews says any new dams would take water either from farmers who need it or from the environment and his state has measures in place to deal with water shortages.
