Our new website has been developed to provide a higher level of online service and accessibility to our customers.
You've probably noticed the site has a new look and feel, and we've made many other improvements so our website is easier for you to use.
New navigation and structure
We've worked with our online customers to better understand how they use our site, and what would make it easier for them to find information. They've helped us sort all of our web content into five categories:
What we do
Planning and building
Content has been rewritten to align with this new structure using best-practice web writing principles. This content clean-up and consolidation has helped us streamline the number of web pages on our site to make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for.
We’ve also consolidated the Water Sensitive Urban Design, Land Development, Education and Healthy Waterways sites into our main website.
If you’re having trouble finding an old favourite, check out our most popular links page.
More engaging and interactive: data and social media
We have incorporated more social media feeds to better engage with community and enhanced our data applications making them interactive and user-friendly.
New Google maps functionality allows you to search for a drainage scheme and calculate rates
New graphs and data show the daily water storage and weekly storage reports
Coming soon... Improved rainfall and river level data allows you to choose which data you want to chart or export

We will continue to improve the content and services we offer online. We'd appreciate your feedback so we can incorporate this into our ongoing management of the website.
