We deliver extensive community education to build the knowledge and pride in our healthy waterways, water treatment, flood management and sustainable environmental practices. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive organisation for all and our employee led diversity work groups drive inclusion across our organisation and we . We are aiming for a 50-50 gender equality in our workforce by 2020.
We also partner with community groups to deliver tailored solutions, donate to a range of different causes, and partner with organisations such as AMES. We provide all our employee with two days off to give back to the community by volunteering with an organisation of their choice each year.
Through our Reconciliations Action Plan we are committed to building a more cultural inclusive and reconciled organisation and community. We understand that through our activities, we work on the land and waterways that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders have lived on and used for thousands of years.
