We work closely with government regulators and industry partners to deliver excellence in everything we do.
EPA Victoria and the Department of Health and Human Services regulate the environmental and public health aspects of our business.
The Essential Services Commission regulates prices and monitors service performance.
We also work across several arms of the Victorian Government, including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), Sustainability Victoria and the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF).
Local councils have responsibility for local drains, road networks and street and property drainage that feed into the regional drains, rivers and creeks. We work closely with local councils to deliver projects that improve flood protection and the health of our rivers and creeks.
Other government-related groups we work with include Office of Aboriginal Affairs and Heritage Victoria to ensure our history and heritage is preserved for future generations.
