Sugarloaf Pipeline Project
The Sugarloaf Pipeline Project is part of the Victorian Government's Our Water, Our Future - The Next Stage of the Government's Water Plan.
It involved constructing a 70km pipeline linking the Goulburn River near Yea to the Sugarloaf Reservoir in Melbourne's north-east at a cost of $750 million.
The Pipeline was officially connected to Melbourne in February 2010.
