Melbourne Water is committed to the development of graduates. As well as providing recent graduates with development opportunities as identified in their Development Plans, they also have access to a range of activities aimed at those who have just started in their career.
Graduate entry roles are open to any person who has completed a degree and has less than two years professional work experience, often in their first full time position since graduation and these cover a range of disciplines - Science, Natural Resource Management, Business/Commerce and Engineering.

Graduates at Melbourne Water work in a wide range of areas within our business and include roles that are field based, those that focus on project-management or construction activities, maintenance of our assets and office based/administration work.
