Our vision: Enhancing Life and Liveability
Our Strategic Direction (PDF, 2.2mb) formalises our long-term vision of ‘enhancing life and liveability’ for our region. It establishes our commitment to achieve this by working with others to overcome the challenges that face the region over the next decade.
To deliver our vision we need to focus on how we do things (our approach) as well as what we are doing (our business activities), to deliver successful outcomes.
Our current Strategic Direction was published in 2012, following a comprehensive review incorporating extensive internal and external consultation.
