On 1 May, Melbourne Water introduced a new organisational structure to ensure strategic planning and efficiency drives our performance and the delivery of our long-term vision. The structure aims to create a renewed focus on innovation to provide financial and environmental sustainability. It is based on the idea that our people and contractors responsible for operating and managing assets should have responsibility for maintaining them.
